Pregnancy massage has been popularised over the last two decades. Other than the physical benefits of the therapy, recent studies have shown that hormone regulation is also improved through massage, leading to fewer complications during birth. Modern therapeutic massage is now a popular aid to pre-natal and post-natal care.

Massage and Reflexology are perfectly safe during Pregnancy, but are only available after your first trimester (12 weeks) and with your Midwife’s / GP’s approval. Please obtain this prior to your appointment (verbal is absolutely fine).

Perfect for keeping in your pocket or handbag for when nausea strikes. The ingredients include peppermint, which is well known for settling queasy stomachs		 £7.00
Mum to Be Oil (100ml)
Every mum to be dreads the thought of getting stretch marks during their pregnancy, so we have blended this rich oil to help prevent and minimise the effects on your skin		 £10.00
Labour Ease (100ml)
A blend of essential oils including Clary Sage and Lavender which are used to bring long lasting analgesic properties which help encourage a less painful birth and speed up contractions.  This massage oil must never be used during pregnancy, only once labour has started		 £10.00
Moisturising Nipple Cream (50g)
