Salon Owner and Director of Holistic Therapies

Karen is a Holistic Therapist, Massage Tutor and Reiki Master Teacher. Karen has loads of energy and enthusiasm. With the nickname “Magic Hands” clients seem to float out after her treatments, relaxed and care-free. Karen can rarely be seen without a cup of tea (apart from when in treatments !!!)

Maxine Hillier

Salon Owner and Director of Hair & Beauty

Maxine combines her love of hair and beauty, and when she’s not doing a perm or restyle she will be found doing a manicure or waxing.

We are sure that she comes to the salon for a rest, as she is a mum to three boys (and also raids the biscuit tin!)

Lauren Hards

Beauty Therapist, Holistic Therapist & Make-Up Artist

Lauren is our full time Therapist, her creative streak comes out in everything she does and she prides herself on her attention to detail.

Lauren is also our in house Make-Up Artist specialising in Bridal and Special Occasion Make-Up. Her Make-Up brushes are never too far away from another event or photo shoot, we’re surprised they’re not worn out yet!

Kelly Beal

Hair Technician

Kelly was hunted down and brought to Woodlands by Maxine. Having worked together previously, Maxine knew Kelly was the ideal person to join her hairdressing team, as one of her strengths is that she is able to switch her skills from modern to traditional styles within a click of a finger. Kelly is also a Mum to a lively toddler.

Gemma Whitcombe

Hair Technician

Along with Karen and Maxine, Gemma was part of the original Woodlands Team. She has just returned from Maternity leave after having had her second son to join us in Bridge. She also has two lively dogs!

Tracie Lineham

Hair Technician

Tracie’s calm confidence, her ability to listen and her passion for making hair look good bring her clients back time and again. As a mum and a keen fitness fanatic, she understands the importance of taking time out. You’ll soon be going back to your busy life refreshed, revived and looking your absolute best!

Michelle Greenstreet

Receptionist

Michelle is mum to two teenagers and a youngster plus two lively Cairn Terrier dogs, she says she enjoys the break of coming to work!

Michelle can be found behind reception on Wednesday through to Saturday.

Lyn Lee

Receptionist

Lyn is a mum of 4 boys and is also a keen golfer. When she isn’t swinging a golf club she can be found behind reception on Mondays and Tuesdays.
